Benjamin L. Rasche was a founding partner of Schneider Rasche LLC, before merging with Caress Law, PC in February 2024.

Mr. Rasche has over 23 years of experience in the estate planning field. In 2001, Benjamin Rasche began his legal career at the Law Offices of Richard B. Schneider, LLC. He is admitted to practice in the states of Oregon and Washington, and is a member of the Multnomah Bar Association. He is also the co-author of the book entitled “Fundamentals of Oregon Estate Planning.”

Mr. Rasche spends his free time enjoying all that the Great Northwest has to offer with his wife, two children, and their family dog Loki. He is especially interested in biking, skiing, hiking, camping, and climbing.
