We recognize that these are uncertain times, and we want to assure you that everyone at Caress Law, PC is still committed to our clients and serving your needs. Our #1 priority is the safety and well-being of our team and our clients. Due to recent developments, our physical office will be closed to the public effective Wednesday, March 18. We are still open for business. Please rest assured that we are fully operational and will continue to be available via phone and email, and also offer video conferencing. All necessary steps have been taken to make sure everyone on our team can work remotely without any disruption to normal business operations.
We have acted quickly to provide you alternative options to meetings with Tammi Caress and her legal team. These options include video conferencing (via Zoom – an easy to use online video service) or phone meetings, as well as mobile notary services when necessary. If you currently have an in-person meeting scheduled, someone will be contacting you in the next few days to make arrangements to move this meeting to an online or telephone platform.
Current circumstances in this country and around the world are making the need for estate planning even more pressing for many people. We understand and are committed to being your resource for all of your estate planning needs during these trying times. Now, perhaps more than ever, taking steps to safeguard yourself, your family and your assets is of the utmost importance, and we are here to help.
We are hoping to be able to open our offices again after March 31, but will assess this policy on a weekly basis and will notify those impacted as necessary.
If you have any questions, or if there is anything we can do for you please do not hesitate to reach out. Our team is fully operational and ready to support you however we can. We will continue to update all of our clients as necessary, and we will all get through this together.
Please continue to take care of yourselves, and we promise to do the same.
