After nearly ten years of litigating within the Portland and Seattle areas, Tasha joined Caress Law, PC, in 2020. Her years in litigation taught her the importance of planning for the future and her goal is to keep her clients’ families out of the courtroom. Tasha’s practice, and expertise, focuses on probate, trust administration, and estate planning.

Her personal experiences with loss and trust administration, coupled with her in-depth knowledge of the civil court system, make her uniquely qualified to guide her clients through this process with as little hassle, headache, and stress, as possible. She wants her clients to let her take the legal work off their plates so they can spend their time and energy on the things that matter most: their loved ones.

Originally from Long Island, New York, Tasha obtained her Bachelor of Arts degrees from the University of Rhode Island and her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law before becoming a proud Portland transplant. Before joining Caress Law, PC, Tasha practiced as a civil litigator specializing in personal injury, commercial litigation, wrongful death, and minor settlements.

When not in the office, Tasha enjoys traveling, travel blogging, and exploring everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. As a proud Long Islander turned Portlander, Tasha loves to hike, whitewater raft, go to the beach, run races, and root for the Timbers on her days off.
